Batches
- Fixed issue that if a payment on a batch and the payment was made inactivate, then the batch was made inactive the if the payment was reactivated, it was appearing on the inactive batch.
Invoicing > Grid
- The PO Total column will only include parts that are active on the work order and their status is not canceled.
QuickBooks Setup
- Fixed issue that was causing the QB Period Closed to get set to an invalid value when trying to clear it, preventing the Transfer from working.
QuickBooks Transfer > Adjustments
- Change was made to have only one row per adjustment that includes Labor and Sales Tax.
- A payment can now be moved to an open work order as long as the WO is still open.
QuickBooks Transfer > Exceptions
- A fix was made to allow payments to process without all the WorkOrder required items.
QuickBooks Transfer > Payments
- Change was made to display unprocessed payments without the user choosing a specific date
QuickBooks Transfer > Sales
- Change was made to have only one row per WorkOrder that includes Task and Sales Tax

Menu Pricing Guide
- After saving a task, the labor value can be added immediately without saving for a second time
- A change was implemented to prevent users from copying empty Price Books, ensuring that only Price Books with task can be duplicated.

- A change was made to the special information field to allow 500 characters
Customer > Communications
- An option was added to allow customers to opt out of further text messages
- Tool Tip: 'The customer must reply with either START or STOP (not case sensitive) from their cell phone to toggle receiving messages. This check box is to let you know the status of the customer receiving messages.'
- Once the customer has chosen to 'Opt Out' a Change Log will be added to the customer record.
- If the customer has 'Do Not Text' flagged and a text message is attempted; the Communication Log in the customer record will indicate that the text was not sent.
- Removed the ability to make a Location Template the Primary address.
Customer > Logs
- Communication Log: If a text message comes back with a status of 'Not Received' , this will now display in the Communication Log

- Added 'Billing Type' to Search Options. Is located under 'City'

Owners Dashboard
- Added Average Service Cycle row with tooltip
- Tooltip reads: Represents the average number of days it takes for a work order to be completed, from start (1st time WO marked active) to finish (WO marked Tech Completed).
- Added a Warranty Type Column on the Export and Email. This displays the warranty selected on the work order.
- Added Closed Revenue, Closed Job Avg to Dashboard
- These are also included when emailing the report
Technicians Dashboard
- Changed the grid sorting to sort by revenue, highest to lowest
- Changed the formatting of the Job Avg column to be currency

Access Control > User Name
- The User Name has a check for invalid characters and will display a yellow warning message at the bottom of the screen ’The Username has invalid Characters: ‘
Logs > Employee Options
- Added option 'AllowSelectPartAsWarranty' that toggles if the technician is able to select a part warranty on the mobile technician application.

- A change was made to show the PO information on the Cores & Returns grid.
Inventory Transfer
- A change was made in the ‘To’ dropdown list so that it would not display templates

- A change was made to display equipment in the search by Work Order Start Date
- A fix was made to include the Work Performed Notes in the Equipment Search Screen
Parts
- Resolved issue where unchecking the 'Core Charge' checkbox was not saving. Now if you uncheck this checkbox and click 'save' it will correctly save the changes
- PO's with canceled or inactive parts will not display in the Parts Detail Screen
- Clicking 'Discard' will now close the Materials (tab) and the Part Detail Screen.
Physical Inventory Scan
- A change was made when removing quantity from a location because of a Physical Inventory Scan, it will not remove additional quantities from a record than what already exists
Purchase Order
- The 'Receive Part' button is disabled when the Purchase Order is marked 'Inactive'

Change was made to the 'Ship To' field would be highlighted red when not filled in
- Resolved issue that caused users to be directed to the Purchase Order search screen instead of the Reorder screen after closing a newly created purchase order that was created from the Reorder screen. Now, users will be correctly directed back to the Reorder screen.
- When adding a part on a Purchase Order, it will now display on the PO grid without refreshing the grid.
- Search grid - Changed the Cost column to not include inactive or cancelled parts.
Receiving
- Clicking ‘Receive’ will now clear the filters on the column and grid after the parts are received

- Resolved issue that was sometimes making some parts show more than once.

- The Job status will automatically update when the work order job status is updated and will no longer require a refresh to view the update
- Fields will now save data when switching between tabs for the Main Work Order Screen and all of the Options. This includes the Work Order Search Grid and New Work Order screen
- Fixed issue were if the Zone assigned to work order is not inactive then it will show in the Zone field, previously the Zone field would be blank.

- Resolved issue that was preventing adding of a new task that had the same task description as another task in the same Category.
- Resolved Part quantities on a task. They are not allowed to be negative or zero
- Added ability to search for a part by exact match.
Work Order > Tax Authority
- When copying a Work Order it will not include inactive Tax Authorities
- Fixed issue that if a tax authority expires day before the work order's Job Date, but is still active today, the tax authority will still show on the dropdown
