- Added clarification to some of the errors that can occur when attempting to transfer items to QBO
- The 'Not transferred due to other errors' message will now read 'Transfer cancelled. See error message for Work Order ########'
- Offices with multiple territories now have a drop-down to select which territory they would like to attempt to transfer items from, defaulted to the first territory on the list
- Only transactions for the selected territory will show in the results grid
- When a Transfer view is selected, a grid will appear with the number of items in that category (Sales, Payments, Adjustments, and Exceptions) for each territory that hasn't yet been transferred

- Inventory Movement will now show manual adjustments to location inventory records as 'Manual Quantity Adjustment'

- Imported file should be an Excel spreadsheet with one sheet labeled "Inventory Skeleton"
- Parts that could not be added because they could not be found in SmartWare will be displayed when the import is complete with a message saying why they were not added
- Below is a brief explanation of the import type options
Option Functionality Replace All All current existing inventory will be set to 0 quantity. Inventory records and quantity will be created to match the inventory list in the file. Existing Target Qty and Reorder Points will be removed and replaced with the Target Qty and Reorder Points in the file. Update Target Qty and Reorder Points Only (Default Value) Existing Target Qty and Reorder Points will be removed and replaced with the Target Qty and Reorder Points in the file. Inventory records with 0 quantity will be created for any entries in the file that do not currently exist on the location. Add Inventory Only Inventory quantities from the file will be added to the existing inventory. Inventory records will be created for any entries in the file that do not currently exist on the location.

- Resolved issue where discarding a part resulted in a duplicate Parts Seach tab
Physical Inventory Scan
- Changed 'Compare Template' button to 'Comparison Report'
- Removed alternating colors on scan grid to more clearly show color change if a scanned part is not in the template the scan is being compared to
- Added title of 'Comparison Report' above the report
- Changed last column of the comparison report from 'Templ. Diff' to 'Action'
- Negative items in the 'Action' column are ones that were scanned but not in the template
- Positive items are ones that were not scanned but are in the template

- Removed header from turns report export file
- The exported turns report file name will now include the start and end dates
- Cost calculation will now exclude parts with a $0 cost and an adjustment was made to the weighted average of the cost to better reflect actual cost
Setup Franchise

- Added capability to choose whether to use the iPad's multiple part margin calculator or not
- To turn off the multiple part margin calculator you will need to perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Setup Franchise | Setup and select Options from the
(options) drop-down
- Search for MobileUseMultiplePartMarginCalculation and click the
(edit) button beside it
- From the Franchise Options (edit) panel, enter 'false' in the Value: field and click the
(save) button

- With the multiple part margin calculator off, the iPad will calculate the retail price of each part individually instead of calculating the price margin based on total cost of all the parts
Work Order
General
- Resolved issue where jobs were being synced to the iPad after the office had marked them Tech Completed. Jobs that the office has marked Tech Completed or higher will be silently removed from the iPad. Data will not be synced back to SmartWare as it is assumed the office has taken control and added all necessary data already
- Resolved issue where jobs were being repeatedly synced to the iPad even if no changes had been made to them
- Resolved issue where changing the primary technician and adding a secondary technician at the same time created duplicate technician records
Work Order
- Resolved issue where the customer's email address would sometimes show in the work order header instead of the phone number
- Added postal code to the customer's address in the work order header
- Resolved issue where Work Order | Inventory Transfer had a Transfer Quantity field that was too small to show the number and the field covered part of the word following it
- Restricted Adjustments to work orders with a status of 'WSA Ready' or 'WSA Completed'
- Adjustments can also be accessed for work orders that already have existing Adjustments and are not yet 'WSA Ready' or 'WSA Completed
