Downtime for Release of 1.50 was 3/13/2019 from 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM (EDT). Downtime is to allow for the new version update to be applied to SmartWare.

Cores & Returns

Added (Export) button to each Cores & Returns grid to export the data to a CSV file
Moving a part between the Cores & Returns grid will now verify that the required quantity of the part exists on the location before trying to move it
Added 'Qty' column to Cores & Returns screens
Added (Inventory Transfer) button to the 'Options' column. Clicking this will bring up the Inventory Transfer screen with the part defaulted. If the part is on the primary tech's location, the From location will default to the tech's location

Renamed Cost (column) to PO Cost (column) on the Inventory Detail grid
Renamed Date Received (column) to PO Date Received (column) on the Inventory Detail grid

Physical Inventory Scan

Resolved issue where clicking the 'Start' button on a physical inventory scan for a location with no existing parts was generating an error

Work Order

Added 'Posted Date' column to work order payment grid. Posted Date column will display date the payment was posted to QuickBooks.
Resolved issue where online jobs received with more than 5 digit postal codes for US offices were not being saved correctly into SmartWare. Any online jobs with more than 5 digit postal code will now be truncated to only look at the first 5 digits of the postal code.
Resolved issue where null parts could be added to a work order
Added Call Back checkbox to Work Order. This is intended for the office to indicate if a tech is being sent out to fix something after the original work was done. This only affects the Work Order and Work Order Search screens
WO Inventory Transfer screen will now exclude inventory templates from appearing in the part availability grid
Resolved issue where work orders with multiple unaccepted tasks on the iPad were sometimes being synced back to Smartware with one task still marked as accepted
