- Resolved issue where the Time Clock showed the date in the Start and End columns
- Resolved issue where if you had the Time Clock expanded and left and returned to the Employee tab, the time clock grid was empty
- Resolved issue where sometimes an inactive employee photo would show on the Employee screen
- The Technician role can no longer be removed from employees in the Access Control panel. If an employee is no longer a tech but still an employee, the current employee record will need to be inactivated and a new one created
- Resolved issue where when adding a new security role to an employee the new role did not initially show in the Access Control panel after saving
Employee Time and Revenue
- Added 'Are you sure you want to finalize?' message when the Finalize button is clicked on the Employee Time and Revenue screen
- Resolved issue where the edit button on an Employee row opened the old Employee screen instead of the new Employee screen

- The Equipment panel on the Customer screen now has pages when there are more than ten equipment records
- Resolved issue where an error message would occur when combining customers and the merge note would not be created
- The Contacts panel now includes

- On the Contacts panel, the
(Edit Communication Info) button has been removed. Clicking the
(edit) button will expand the Contacts panel so all contact information can be edited including phone numbers and emails.
- Added a Contact Notes functionality to the Contacts panel when a contact is edited. New contacts will need to be saved and created before a note can be added
- Resolved issue where new customers created in SmartWare weren't getting a Customer Number set
- Resolved issue where new customers sometimes couldn't be found when trying to link them to a Calendar Task
- Resolved issue where ad hoc emails (created by clicking the
(Send Email) button beside an email address on the Customer screen) weren't sending

RingCentral
- Resolved issue where when using RingCentral, if a user changed their extension in SmartWare, it was not automatically connected to the correct RingCentral extension information

Parts
- Added new import of refurbished parts from CoreCentric. All parts will include '(Refurb)' at the end of the part name, and the source vendor will show as CoreCentric to make it clear that these parts are refurbished
- When creating a new part, MFG Number and Part Name fields will be checked for invalid characters. If any characters entered are invalid, the fields will show as red and the part cannot be saved
- When creating a new part in SmartWare, MFG Number is now a required field
Purchase Order
- Resolved issue where making a change to a purchase order was setting the timestamp forward by four hours

- Added new report called 'Anniversaries Grid - Employee'. This report will show employees where the Hire Date, Birth Date, or driver's license expiration date is within the selected time frame and at least a year old
- Added new report called 'Employee Time Off Grid'. This report will show all employee Time Off within the selected time frame. Time Off entries that have been marked inactive will not show
Setup Franchise

- Renamed 'Lead Source' to 'Secondary Lead Source' in the Options drop-down and the grid and detail screens
- On the Territories screen, the Marcone password and the Payment Account password are now masked in the UI
- On the Territories screen, the Payment Gateway option is now a drop-down allowing the user to select the correct option
- On the Territories screen, when ePN is selected as the Payment Gateway, the account number and password fields are re-labeled to better clarify what data is need
- If using RingCentral, the same user/extension can now be used for both Phone and SMS setup
- Resolved issue where if trying to connect to RingCentral with a user lacking the correct RingCentral permissions it appeared to connect to RingCentral but wasn't properly connected and caused error messages
User Defined Values
- Under the 'Materials' tab, if the Default Ship To location for POs is set to 'office', a message will appear reminding the user to set an Office Inventory Location for each territory
- Added a new option under the 'Materials' tab to show or hide refurbished parts on the iPad. By default it is set to hide refurbished parts on the iPad. Refurbished parts will still show if the Marcone version is discontinued
Work Order
Simple Scheduler
- Resolved issue where owners who are also techs were encountering an error when trying to schedule WOs for another tech or change the primary tech on the WO
- Removed the error message that shows when there is no availability for the selected day and replaced it with a warning message that includes instructions for better clarity. When selecting a day with no availability, the message now says 'No availability found for today. Go to Routing Setup to setup availability.'
