- The Sales by Postal Code report has been re-sized so that all columns fit on a single page
- Added new Monthly Sales Comparison report. This report will compare the monthly sales for the past 12 months with the monthly sales of the 12 months before that. The report can be run for a single territory or all territories
- Added new Top Customers report. This report will show the top customer by sales for a selected date range. Criteria are the start and end date, territory, customer type, and number of customers to show
- Added new Zone Analysis report. This report will show jobs and revenue by zone for a selected date range. The report looks at work orders that are Tech Completed or higher
- Added new Work Order Cancellation report. This report will show work orders cancelled in the selected time frame and the cancel reason selected. The summary page gives a quick overview of the number of work orders cancelled, the percentage by reason, and the subtotal on the cancelled work orders. Subsequent pages list all the work orders individually
