- Added new 'eProcessing Payments' screen to work with the new capability for contactless payments for franchises using eProcessing Network for credit card processing. This screen allows users to download any contactless payments that customers have made and attach them to their respective work orders by clicking the

- Attachments can now be made inactive
- Restructured the Work Order Attachments into a grid format. The grid will list the name, type, and date of all attachments associated with the work order, as well as whether the attachment is active or not. Only active attachments are shown by default. Payments
- Added capability for contactless payments for franchises using eProcessing Network. Invoices for those franchises will include a link ("Click here to pay now!") beneath the Balance Due line that when clicked, will take a customer to the ePN website and an invoice the customer can use to enter a credit card payment. The payment can later be downloaded to SmartWare using the new screen at Accounting -> eProcessing Payments. Customers must have an email address associated with their customer record for the link to appear in the invoice
- Refunding a credit card payment made on the iPad will now also create the refund in ePN or Authorize.net, not just in SmartWare, as long as the payment was made when the iPad app version was 4.1.59 or higher
- The Payment Date and Posted Date now show in MM/DD/YYYY format rather than 'Jan 1, 2020' format
New Work Order
- Resolved issue where an error message would appear when saving a new work order if a Job Description or Internal Work Order Comments note had been added and then new equipment created for the work order
Work Order
- Changed the name of two work order statuses: the 'Payroll' status that appears in the summary when the Employee Time and Revenue report is run and finalized is now called 'Time & Revenue'. The 'WSA Ready' job status has been changed to 'Finalized'
- Resolved issue where it was possible to set a work order to Reviewed without actually making it Tech Completed first
- Resolved issue where payments were locked and couldn't be edited if they were included in a batch
- Resolved issue where the inventory adjustment on marking a work order Reviewed did not remove the full quantity of parts if the part was on multiple rows on a task
- Resolved issue on the Work Order Payment grid where part of the batch number would be cut off
- Resolved issue where if a work order was created using a contact, certain screens would show the contact's phone number and email address rather than the customer's phone number and email address on the main Work Order panel
- The Action field will now show underneath the Cancel Reason and Cancel Comments fields on a Cancelled work order

- When using a date range when searching for work orders, the search will use the job date rather than the date on the current status
