Resolved issue where the SignalR indicator in the header would sometimes turn yellow and stay that way until a refresh or logging out and back in. In addition, clicking the SignalR icon will now refresh it

Resolved issue where it was possible to set a Tech Completed work order as its own Call Back Source Work Order. Now attempting to make a Tech Completed work order its own call back source will cause a warning message when attempting to save
