Menu Pricing Guide
- Fixed an issue that was deactivating a task when a task was being removed from a price book instead of just removing the task from the price book. You remove a task from a price book by unchecking the In Price Book check box then clicking Save.
- If you want to deactivate a task then you must edit the task and uncheck the Active check box and click Save.

Phone Monitor
- Added an 'Export' button to the bottom of both the Incoming Calls and Related Customer Information grids. The export button is located on the bottom left under the Search text box.

- Added a 'Dispatched' column to the Export Detail excel. This will be checked if the technician went either Travel or Active on the job during the selected time range.
- Changed the Combined Avg Labor, Combined Avg Part and Combined Revenue Avg to remove Done Right Promise from the calculations.
- Adding coloring for the below values, letting you know if you are hitting the recommended metric. If you are it will be colored green and if not, it will be colored red. Each of these fields has a tooltip (hover over the field) letting you know what the recommended metric is.

Postal Code Checker
- Added a Postal Code checker to the SmartWare header. You can enter any postal code and it will tell you if have the postal setup in your SmartWare, the assignment type and zone. If you don't own the postal code, it tells you which franchise owns it the same way when you select a customer on a new work order.

- Added the ability to add a Shipping & Handling amount per part. This Shipping & Handling amount will be used instead of the Part Margin handling amount.

- On the search screen, fixed an error that would sometimes appear if data was entered then removed and then the Search button was clicked.

- Fixed an issue that was causing the 'Receive Location' from properly being defaulted if the part didn't have a 'Expected Receive Location' selected.

- Fixed an issue that when the number of customers was changed and the report was run, an error was generated.
Setup Franchise
User Defined Values
- Add an option that if enabled, anytime a text message is sent from SmartWare, your franchise contact information will be included in the text message.
- If you have multiple territories, it will look at the primary address's postal code to determine the correct territory to use, looking at the zone the postal code isa associated with to get the zone's territory. If no territory is found this way then the default territory is used.

- On the Credit Card Processing tab, if you are using eProcessing Network, added a new option that if enabled will add the Pay Now link to the Invoice report.

- Added an option to include the work order appointment information as a calendar invitation when the confirmation email is sent. The new option is located in Setup Franchise -> User Defined Values
