    Downtime for Release 1.95 was 10/26/2022 from 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM (EDT).  Downtime is to allow for the new version update to be applied to SmartWare

    Menu Pricing Guide

    • Fixed an issue that was preventing a newly created task from being available to select on a different territory.  
      • A new choice has been added 'Not In Territory' to see tasks that are not available in the selected Territory.  This new selection is only available if your SmartWare has multiple terrorizes in it.

      • When selected, the grid will only list tasks that are currently not available to select in the territory that is currently selected.

    • Fixed an issue when creating a new Note, Task or To Do, a date was selected then the Recurring check box was checked and the date was being reset to today's date.  The date will now stay to the date that was selected before checking the Recurring check box.

    • Added the ability to see your Zones on the map.  By default this is enabled.  You can toggle this by selecting Groups -> Zones:

    Equipment Search

    • Added the ability to search by the equipment Serial Number.
    • Added a Serial Number column to the grid.

    Reorder

    • Fixed an display issue that was sometimes causing the list of locations the part is located on to display partially off the screen.

    Reports

    Sales by Technician

    • Added the following columns to the end of the report.  
      • Adj. Labor
      • Adj. Parts
      • Adj. Tax
      • Adj. Total
    • These are adjustments that were made during the selected date range.  
    • If the adjustment was made during the selected date range but the work order was not completed in the selected date, Completed date will be the date of the adjustment and it will have this symbol

    Work Order

    • Fixed an issue that was preventing videos from being attached to a work order from within SmartWare.

    Notes

    • Logged anytime a customer address note or work order note is changed.  You can see these changes on the customer record, Logs widget (bottom of the screen),  Change Log tab.

    Notifications

    • Fixed an issue that was allowing double-clicking the Send button.

    Vendor

    • When either adding a new vendor or adding a new address for an existing vendor, you can now add a Canadian address.
