Invoice/Statement Footer

Made a few small adjustments to the Neighborly footer to improve appearance. In addition, the entire footer now functions as a link to Neighborly.com

Work Order

The Warranty checkbox has been replaced with a drop down to allow for more flexibility with warranty types. The options are blank (or no warranty), Done Right Promise, Extended, Home, and Manufacturer. Choosing the Manufacturer type is the same as checking the warranty checkbox was; work orders with another warranty type, however, will not be counted in the Warranty counts on the dashboards. Existing work orders that are marked as Warranty will be set as having the Manufacturer warranty type
