Downtime for Release of 1.47 was 12/5/2018 from 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM (EST). Downtime is to allow for the new version update to be applied to SmartWare.

Cores & Returns

The Cores & Returns module is now visible in SmartWare, but will not be functional until the corresponding iPad update is released. The iPad release will be available in January. Details on timing and instructions coming soon!

Reports

All Reports

Reports that can be accessed from other screens such as the Picklist will now be directly downloaded as a PDF rather than taking the user to the report screen
Improved the design of the Reports. The drop-down list of reports has been replaced with a list of available reports and their descriptions. The list can be filtered by category or specific reports searched for, and reports can be marked as favorites

Reports
Reports that have start and end dates for parameters now have options for quickly selecting date ranges like the week, the quarter, the year to date, or the last year
Reports can now be directly downloaded as a PDF or Excel file or emailed to an employee (an email address will need to be associated with the employee)

Sales Tax report
Some reports, particularly the Sales reports, can only be downloaded or emailed directly if the date range is longer than eight days to prevent timeouts

Territories

Resolved issue where connecting to QuickBooks removed the phone number and email address from the Territory Detail panel

Work Order Parts

When adding a part to a work order in the office side of SmartWare, if the part is superseded by another part, the superseded part will be replaced with the newer part and a message will appear to tell the user that the superseded part has been replaced with the current part
- If the primary technician on the work order has quantity of the superseded part on his location, the superseded part will NOT be replaced

iPad | Completion Status

On the completion status screen, the Completed, Promised, and Office Schedule options are always available
