Work Order
Confirmation -> Text Messages
- If Two Way Texting is enabled, if a customer selects to Cancel their appointment, instead of cancelling the work order, the following changes have been made:
- The work order status will be changed to Ready To Schedule
- A work order Office Alert note will be added stating: 'Work Order Cancel request came in by text message.'
- A SmartWare Alert will also be added letting you know a customer wanted to cancel a work order so you can reach out to the customer and try to get it rescheduled instead.
Recordings

Send Confirmation
- Added the 'Job Confirmed' column to the Send Confirmation grid so you can see if the job has already been confirmed before sending out confirmation.
