- Fixed rounding issue which was causing the iPad work order to be a penny different then the work order in SmartWare
- Fix implemented to help address long type ahead delays on parts. Users should notice shorter delay times when more characters are entered to search by in the part field
- Promised Status will now appear disabled for work orders where there is no zone assigned
- Fixed issue where editing the part cost was not always updating the retail price
- Fixed issue where SmartWare was not always receiving the new retail price for parts from the iPad
- Additional changes made to help address issues where work orders were not always removed from the iPad if the primary technician listed on the work order was changed
- iPad sync was changed to download part information for current day’s jobs and parts that have been used by the franchise in the last 30 days
- Previously, the iPad sync would download all parts that had been used by the franchisee in the last year
- The following changes were made when creating new parts from the iPad:
- Users with an internet connection will now receive a notification message when creating a new part on the iPad if the part already exist and will automatically add the existing part to the work order.
- If the part has been superseded by another part and the technician does not have the older part on their truck, then the new part will be added instead of the old part
- Users with no current internet connection will only receive a notification message when creating a new part if the part information was downloaded with an office sync
- Users with an internet connection will now receive a notification message when creating a new part on the iPad if the part already exist and will automatically add the existing part to the work order.
