- Save Attachment to Photos: A new feature has been introduced allowing users to save work order attachments directly to the iPad's photo gallery. This functionality can be enabled in Setup Franchise -> User Defined Values -> Mobile Apps, with the option initially set to disabled by default.
- NOTE: Modifying this setting requires each technician to perform an Office Sync on their iPad for the changes to take effect.
- Job Notes: Added the ability for users to conveniently view and edit job notes directly from the Customer Detail screen. You can access the Customer Detail screen from the main Scheduler by clicking on the More button. This feature empowers technicians to edit job notes before the job is synchronized back to SmartWare, enhancing flexibility and efficiency in job management. .
- Tech Info -> Cores & Returns: Resolved an issue that was resulting in duplication of some rows.

- Availability: Change the Encompass availability part lookup to return a message stating the part is not available from Encompass if the part is not available from Encompass.
- Availability: Resolved an issue that was causing the 'Tech Estimated Available' date to not take into account zone availability.
- Work Order Sync: When sending back a work order that's a return visit, the sync will now create a Purchase Order if any part has a return reason of 'Defective Part (DOA)' or 'Wrong Part'.
