Schedule
- The schedule was been updated to incorporate time off and calendar & tasks items.
1 - Employee ToDo |
Displays any ToDo items for the technician.

2 - Tech Alert | Indicates if the work order contains a Technician Alert note. |
3 - Time Off | Shows any scheduled time off. |
4 - Employee Note | Displays any Notes for the technician. |
5 - Employee Task | Shows any Tasks assigned to the technician. |
NOTES:
- ToDo, Note and Tasks items all be added from either Calendar & Tasks or the employee detail screen, Tasks panel.
- These new rows will appear in order on the schedule based on their assigned note.
- The exception is the ToDo item, that doesn't have a time range assigned to it. That will always appear as the first item on the schedule.
- Clicking on any of the new rows will display a details screen showing all the information related to the item.
Customer Detail
In the "More" button:
- Renamed "Attachments" to "Work Order Attachments".
- This will display all attachments for this work order
- Added "Customer Attachments" option.
- This will display all attachments for this customer, including those from past work orders.
