- Fixed issue related to when large number of work orders were being sync’d down to the iPad. Users should notice a significant decrease in the time needed to complete a work order sync
- iPad will now include the ticket number when transferring information to Authorize.net
- Change made to the iPad credit card processing screen in preparation for MasterCard’s roll out of cards with new MasterCard bank identification number ranges (first 6 digits on the card). SmartWare iPad will now be able to recognize new MasterCard numbers beginning with the new 6 digit ranges as well as old MasterCard numbers.
- Fixed issue where ‘Edit Part Retail’ screen on the iPad was not properly displaying when you were in landscape mode (iPad turned sideways)
- Fixed issue where users were not able to select a tax authority when creating a Job Quote
- Following character limit changes were made on the iPad to fix an issue where fields outside of the SmartWare maximum character limit were causing an error when syncing work orders back to SmartWare
- Changed maximum character limits to 100 for following fields:
- Custom Task Name
- New Part Description
- Credit Card Cardholder Name
- Changed maximum character limit to 7000 for following fields:
- Cancellation Reason Text View
- Job Notes Text View
- Changed maximum character limits to 100 for following fields:
- Made following changes to how the iPad handles retail price:
- If the retail price for a part that is already on a Work Order is overridden, then for that Work Order, the overridden price will be used instead of the calculated retail
- For franchise-specific parts, when the retail price is overridden for the inventory part and not just on the work order, then that part's retail price will be the overridden price for all uses of that part and not specific to only one Work Order
