iPad
- Fixed issue where WO Sync was generating an error when sending back work order information that consisted of multiple changes to the Work Order Notification (email addresses) and new Owned/Other parts listed on a work order.
- Added capability to allow editing of email addresses when completing a work order on the email screen. Prior to this change you could only add new email addresses and not modify existing ones.
- Fixed issue where iPad was not appropriately filtering out inactive employee records when determining which Franchisee an employee was associated with
- Fixed issue where adding a part to a work order with a part cost over the highest part cost in the Price Margin was returning $0.00
- Change made to prevent users from logging into the iPad if no Menu Pricing Guide Categories exist yet in the SmartWare database
- Fixed issue where WO Sync was not setting the task date created when there were two task listed on a work order and one of the task had a new ‘OTH’ part associated with it. This was causing an error in SmartWare when a user tried to edit the work order task without a part associated with it.
- Additional changes made to help ensure work orders are properly removed from a technician’s iPad if SmartWare shows the work order as no longer assigned to the technician
- If a technician switches iPads, or resets the registration on their iPad, then they can now sync all current work orders to the iPad without the need to first update them in SmartWare on Dispatch schedule
