- Resolved issue where automatic creation of purchase orders was looking at both active and inactive part records on an employee location when determining if a location had enough stock available for the work order
- Job History will now include tasks, parts, total due, balance, job date, job time, technician and notes
- Job History was changed to exclude Internal Notes
- Big Board link will automatically launch the SmartWare Big Board, provided the user has already logged into SmartWare from the iPad. If the user has not previously logged into SmartWare from the iPad, then they will be brought to the SmartWare login page allowing them to log in and navigate to the Big Board.
- Removed automatic adding of ‘Stand By – Clocked Out’ time clock entry for a technician when the last work order from the iPad is synced back to SmartWare. This change was made to eliminate an extra time clock entry since there is already a ‘Stand By – Clocked out’ time clock entry created each time a technician finishes a job.
- Resolved issue where editing an email address from the iPad was causing the email description to be lost when the work order was sent back to SmartWare
