Appliance Wellness Plans

Introduction

Expands on the current wellness plans functionality, allowing the setting of number of months the plan is effect. The plans are shown on the customer's detail page, both active and expired.

Menu Pricing Guide -> Task Details

There are two new fields added

• Appliance Wellness
  • Toggles if this task is considered an Appliance Wellness task.
  • Checking this will affect what happens when a work order with this task on it is 'Finalized'.
• Plan Length (in months)
  • Sets the length (in months) of how long this wellness plans is effective for.
  • This value is used then a work order with this task on it is 'Finalized'.

Customer

Appliance Wellness widget

If the customer has any Appliance Wellness plans they will show up in this grid.

Option	Functionality
Plan	The type of Customer Appliance Plan
Date Start	The date the plan starts
Date Exp.	The date the plan expires
Ticket #	What ticket sold the plan
Status	All Will show all the plans regardless of their status Active Shows only Active plans Future Shows only Future plans Expired Shows plans that have expired.

Option	Functionality
Plan	The type of Customer Appliance Plan - Read Only
Date Start	The date the plan starts NOTE: If the start date is after today then this plan is considered Future
Date Exp.	The date the plan expires
Ticket #	What ticket sold the plan - Read Only
Active	Make the plan either active or inactive
